The Hazardous Materials Disposal Unit ( H.D.U.) has determined it is safe to return to the area previously restricted at Westgate.

Those who have vehicles in the area may retrieve them at anytime.

Today the Cuyahoga County Grand Jury indicted 20-year-old Lajaydin Lamar Neals and 19-year-old Amaris Isabella Ybarra for Attempted Murder and Aggravated Robbery.
