I find it extremely offensive when someone grabs my chair. Especially strangers. Most ppl do it to be helpful or nice, & mean no offense. However its still rude. Ask before help and don't take it personally if I say no.

Its actually difficult to travel by cars since our vehicles do not have wheelchair access. OLA/Uber do not have space for wheelchair because it has CNG and only few cars have carriers. Sometimes for a short distance we need to book xl car and have to pay extra.

@IndiGo6E Again I had an an amazing experience yesterday in MAA-DEL flight 6E2029. One of your crew Deepshika was so much sensitised towards the needs of a wheelchair user and the way she assisted it was wonderful. That's the reason I always prefer to fly with IndiGo. Cheers 🙂

Can I meet you to discuss how together we can make the venue accessible. We can also sensitise the staff about disability like how to assist a wheelchair user/deaf and visually impaired.

Hi, I had a very bad experience being in a wheelchair having Oyo room. Would you like to work with us making Oyo disabled friendly? You will have more customers with disabilities if it is accessible or designed according to the need.

I would be happy to contribute as I am working for ppl with disabilities.
