Bianco has been a fantastic sheriff from his first day in office, almost instantly speeding up CCW like he promised. He was also strong during covid; people voted for the guy with a proven track record.

First day I ran into a problem: it didn't work on the metro line Google maps wanted me to take from Narita. I recommend people just get an IC card, unless they plan to use a bunch of countryside stations.
