I am not currently in Iceland but have taken a trip there as a responsible adult on a school trip with a coach full of teenage girls. It is a stunning country and I loved it, but was definitely NOT a relaxing holiday. @radio_RG

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

My apologies Gigi and Eleanor. I love you guys but I just had to use you as a threat as the 12 year old really hates my “obsession” with tennis! @radio_RG

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

@gigi_salmon You can be that age again. When I turned 50 I became “25 again”. My again age now only ages every other year! It’s magic and I’m in my 20s again. Sadly the aches in my body don’t seem to have got the memo! @radio_RG

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

@radio_RG @marcus_buckland and Sophie - the roof was closed at the start of this match. It wasn’t raining so the assumption was that it was due to predictions of approaching rain, and not wanting to interrupt play.

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

@radio_RG I don’t know about a rage room, but I take my glass bottles around to a recycling centre and throw them in hard. That smash is so very satisfying!!! Great therapy!

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

@radio_RG I have a wellbeing habits list of goals for each day. One goal is to make sure I laugh out loud at least once a day (depression buster). I think I have that more than covered today listening to you both. Thanks Gigi and Marcus! ❤️

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

@radio_RG Aww, @marcus_buckland you’re the best too. You are absolutely the best at being Marcus Buckland!

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

@radio_RG You mentioned hearing from Zverev. I found his on court interview a bit strange. When asked if he was proud to be through to the semis for a 5th time, he responded “err, not really” Seemed a very strange response. Love to hear your thoughts.

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

@radio_RG Thank you @marcus_buckland and @eleanorpres - Stefan too of course. I’m on day 3 of a migraine & have finally managed to listen again today. Thank you for the commentary & keeping me amused while I was waiting on a delivery. May have to retreat back to bed soon. Thanks!

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

@radio_RG I’m finally emerging from a 3 day migraine and just about feeling up to listening again. I’ve got a lot of tennis action to catch up on!

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

@radio_RG as my eyes and ears for the French Open, any idea what is happening to Alex De Minaur in his match? A bagel win in the first set and then only 2 games in each of the next sets. Is he looking to be struggling or did Mensik just massively up his game?

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

@radio_RG we can indeed hear the noise from the air conditioner. Hearing it I thought it was the phone about to ring before remembering I’m in a hotel room far from my home phone which rarely rings anyway! Very confusing! 😂

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

@radio_RG Eleanor, we are singing along with you to Stop the Pigeon! A classic!!!

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

@radio_RG the footage Gigi took of your commentary booth is on Instagram but on her account. 👍🏼

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

@marcus_buckland and Sophie Amiach enjoying the tennis and banter between them is always a joy on @radio_RG . Thank you to you both! 👏🏼

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

After a long weekend working an event with limited / no access to internet, I am today thankful to be celebrating the return to @radio_RG season. Welcome back to the best accompaniment to any tennis major event! An annual highlight - thank you team. 🎾👍🏼

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

@radio_RG oh my goodness is someone ever going to win this thing!? 🤷🏻‍♀️😆

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

@radio_RG your comments just now have made me sit up and realise the shocking truth that horses have even fewer pockets in their clothing than women do! 🤦🏻‍♀️

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

@radio_RG I’m a Brit and a Draper fan. But then who that likes tennis isn’t a Monfils fan. Hearing your descriptions of his movement is heartbreaking. We love you Monfils!

[Faith 💙 @FaithESpinks]

@radio_RG I don’t think enough credit is given to tennis players who speak in languages not their own to respect the country they are playing in. Having learned Portuguese while living in Brazil it really isn’t a simple undertaking! Not just amazing at sport! Good job to all!
