Five years on stipends is not a joke, it's depressing and demoralizing.

CS Nduale do something for the UHC workers, the cry is loud, the families are suffering, mental issues are real in UHC fraternity. Solve this by giving us PNP and paying our gratuities with this 2025/2026 budget. we are suffering.
