And the conversation continued…
What are you doing today to become that woman? At the CEO Connect: Ladies Edition, we explored a powerful truth:
You too are a brand. Whether you like it or not, and whether you know it or not, you are a brand. Every room you enter, every conversation you have, every decision you make, and every impression you leave is shaping that brand.
So, when you walk into a room, what presence do you command? How do you show up? How do you communicate? And, most importantly, what do people remember about you when you leave? We unpacked the SPICE framework for building an intentional personal brand:
S — Self | Know who you are and what you stand for.
P — Presence | Show up with confidence, authenticity, and purpose.
I — Image & Impression | Be intentional about how you are perceived.
C — Communication | Use your voice to influence, connect, and inspire.
E — Ethics | Let your values anchor everything you do.
Because the woman you want to become in the next decade is being shaped by how you lead today.
And this is only the beginning. 2027 is about owning the room.
@CrystalANewman Thank you, @CrystalANewman, for having me. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and the opportunity to connect with you. It was such a pleasure!

Traffic Police Uganda, now that the Najjera road has finally been repaired, what measures will be put in place to address the growing problem of indisciplined drivers who create a third lane by driving into oncoming traffic?

I think a mental health assessment should be made for anyone living in Najjera to assess the effects of the potholes and constant traffic jam in the last 2/3 years. Plus raising our hopes with a ‘road fixing’ launch event that has so far yielded no results @UNRA_UG
I managed to grab some shots at the #MasazaCup2024 before security threatened to take my camera away for not having accreditation. Hopefully next time we’ll be credited and get you better footage. For now, enjoy this montage!
This year whenever someone has asked me where I live this has been my response;
Najjera.
Followed by, they’re soon fixing the road.
Talk about living in faith.
I think @jesadairy has some of the best outdoor advertising (billboards) in Kampala.
Kudos to the marketing, creative & branding teams behind these eye catching campaigns.
This is not a paid promotion
Why do I find myself always making way for a CJs bike? @cafejavas_ug
I guess that’s the power of good branding and maybe also assuming the delivery could be for a craving pregnant lady. 😂

Through my interactions with several children over the years, I have realized that many of the grown ones (9 yrs+) don’t know how to tie their own shoe laces.
I've been sitted at a restaurant for 10 minutes or so but I haven't been approached by any waiter.
A white gentleman has just sat down next to me and he's been approached by three so far...
Let me keep watching this space.
