I think one of the hardest parts about discernment, is having to accept what you see.
Sometimes God shows you something so clearly, that you can't deny it any longer, even though your heart still wishes it could excuse it.
"October is the month for painted leaves. Their rich glow now flashes round the world. As fruits and leaves and the day itself acquire a bright tint just before they fall, so the year near its setting. October is its sunset sky; November the later twilight."
— Henry David Thoreau

Check out the soft launch of Chelle's @CHELLESHOCKEDTM new website! 🤩
I'm in awe of her talent and pinching myself that she agreed to co-host for me... say what. Thank you Chelle, I'm looking forward to learning all I can from you!
People tend to judge a person on how well they have done in life, by the amount of things they have accumulated over time.
Cars, houses- fancy yachts and vacations.
Your pockets may be full- but does your soul feel rich?
There is nothing wrong with desiring nice things in life.
To have worked hard, and you now have physical proof of what you have accomplished, it is admirable.
But if you don't have others, who actually legitimately love you- and aren't just after your money- what good is everything you own?
Let your soul grow richer each day with compassion, presence in your friends and families life, and meaningful opportunities as well.
Volunteer at a homeless shelter.
Ask your community if you can help clean up your town, like mowing the grass, or helping plant some flowers.
You'll soon discover that even though your hands are empty, your soul will be full.
It's okay to feel the weight of life and still trust that God is good.
Faith doesn't erase the struggle, it gives us the strength to endure it.
Keep holding on, even when it's hard. God is holding onto you as well.
Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, “I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.” - John 8:12 🕊️
Are you a Jesus follower? 👣 💡
It's not always easy,
but I'm convinced,
it always leads to best! 🕊️
The leaves are letting go, and they're beautiful doing it. 🍂 God's got the next season handled. 🙏
