A beneficiary is usual allocated a facility where that card must be used. This means that if one goes to a different facility the card ceases it's benefit.

They only give painkillers for serious conditions but in their claim they will indicate heavy medication of which patients haven't recieved them....perfect example in -Moyale sub county...most private hospital do this.
