It is the lives we encounter that make life worth living (Maupassant) If you really want to get along with somebody, let them be themselves (Willie Nelson)
My dads an incredibly smart man.
•Great leader
•Can fix anything
•Socially strong & networks well
•Read a book a week for 30 years

Here’s THE BEST LESSON my dad ever taught me.
@LeeAndersonMP_ Your policies have made English people poorer & sicker and humiliated us on the world stage.
We'll get our national pride back when your lot have ****ed off for good!

Rishi Sunak has an airfield on standby, flights booked, 500 'highly trained individuals', all raring to go to ship a few poor folk to Rwanda.
Big macho talk.
Shame he doesn't have the same determination to deliver the 40 new hospitals we were promised as long ago as 2019.
If a Rwanda flight does take off…
Your bills will still be as expensive
Your wait for a GP/hospital bed will still be as long
Your court date will still be as delayed
Your taxes will still be as high
…but we will all be more more morally & financially bankrupt as a nation

On aid workers trying to feed Palestinians.
On teachers trying to put a smile on the faces of children.
This is a war on humanity — and our government should never be forgiven for its contemptible complicity.
My Easter reading:
"..the Lord said I was hungry and you told me to make a meal for 30p, I was thirsty and you filled my water with shit, I was a stranger and you sent me to Rwanda, I was sick and you said I should get private health insurance..."
Of course we are in a recession!
They build nothing…
Create nothing…
And refuse to invest in the country or the workforce.
Instead, they pilfer the public purse for themselves!
How can the country grow when those leading it are only interested in their own personal wealth?
The Gregg Wallace thing needs to make people look at how women's work is invisibilised by society. GW puts his success down to daily gym sessions, manifesting, journalling, reading etc - meanwhile, this is only possible because his wife and mother-in-law do absolutely EVERYTHING
