A reminder on the evolution of 2020 "stolen election" theories: First we had mail-in fraud + Dominion + "illegal law changes" (Nov–Dec 2020) then → Georgia election workers + foreign interference/Italygate (Dec 2020–Jan 2021, concurrent) then → 2,000 Mules (ballot stuffers) (2022) then → social-media-censorship revival via Twitter Files (Dec 2022) then → renewed foreign-interference claims (2024–present).

Through all this, we've had:

1. Dominion getting $787 million from Fox News for defamation

2. Rudy Giuliani admitting he lied about Georgia election workers (and the jury awarding the workers $148 million)

3. Sidney Powell admitting in court "no reasonable person would conclude" her claims of election fraud “were truly statements of fact"

4. The Gateway Pundit retracting claims of election fraud in Atlanta

5. The Media company that put out D'Souza's 2,000 Mules film apologizing and removing it after law enforcement proved it falsely accused people of fraud

6. Newsmax and One America News Network (OANN) settling with Smartmatic

It is NOT true that none of these allegations have seen a court room. Most have. Of the 64 cases of fraud that Trump and his legal team filed in court, 30 were dismissed that included a hearing on the merits, 14 were voluntarily dismissed by Trump and his allies before a hearing, and just 20 were dismissed for lack of standing before a hearing on the merits. One case, involving far too few votes to impact the election, prevailed in Pennsylvania. That case was about voter ID deadlines, not election fraud.

Those are the facts.

Whatever happens Thursday night, please try to remember them.

Double scanned images don't equal double counted votes. Either way, that's what a RLA is designed to catch. And it's why you keep both paper and electronic records.

Thanks, brother. I'm grateful either way, but for the amount of time I put in and my analytics being higher and the payout was extremely lower than my last 2 payouts, it just doesn't make any sense. And a couple hundred dollars from my subscriber payouts went missing as well.

I do this full time and literally work every day, 7 days a week, around 15 hours a day. I've been non-stop since July 2024. I work hard and built this entirely by myself. It just doesn't make sense.

Unreal. We've never seen a Special Counsel report completely withheld from the public like this. Part of the reason they're always released is because taxpayers fund these investigations, and they cost millions.

Watergate. Iran-Contra. The Clinton investigation. Mueller. Durham. Every one of those produced public findings in some form — not because the law strictly required it, but because transparency & accountability demanded it.

The Mueller report was released under Donald Trump, even though parts were politically embarrassing. Bill Clinton allowed the Starr report to be released during his own presidency, despite how humiliating it was. The Durham report was released under Joe Biden, even though it was politically inconvenient.

Across parties and administrations, the norm has been the same: release the findings and let the public judge. But Trump has filed several court motions to try and bury this report, and under Judge Cannon, Jack Smith's report on the classified documents case is being kept secret.

Judge Cannon says releasing it would be unfair and cause "manifest injustice" to Trump and the other defendants. But there's no ongoing trial. No jury to prejudice. No sentencing at stake. "Manifest injustice" traditionally protects defendants from wrongful punishment, NOT from public scrutiny after a case is over.

In a constitutional system built on the rule of law, government power is legitimate only when it's transparent and accountable. Secret investigations and buried findings are what we criticize in authoritarian systems — not what America stands for.

Hopefully the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals will overturn this decision. Wouldn't be the first time they've reversed Aileen Cannon for overstepping in this case.

If no laws were broken, release the report and prove it. If laws were broken, the American people have a right to know.

@chfunk50 @NWSOmaha Differentiating between a Winter Storm and a Blizzard is pedantic. What's more dangerous, a (true) blizzard at 30 or a Winter Storm at below 0? What about a Winter Weather advisory for freezing drizzle that coats the roads in a thin layer of ice? Or what about snow squall?
