@UnknownCo123 While some people can say its inspired by or just a reference , clearly its a tracing of an artwork of another ARTIST. And the worst part? Selling to make profits from it. People who defend this shit have bags invested in this and scare to lose it. Or tracing themselves.

I had a discussion with somebody firm in copyright and they said it’s changed enough to be okay. For me it’s still very borderline to be honest. In the comments I will add an interesting article about a court case that is happening right now. 👇

Real artists don't use photos from others, copy it 100% and say it's a self portrait.

If you are using someones else picture and trace it and then sell it to people saying "you just use it as a reference". Every line... Every detail. Thats not reference or inspiration. That full blown traced copy. #NFTartist #NFTCommunity #NFTs
