You can. Scripture separates innocent life from guilty blood, and uses the same reason for both.
Pro-life: the unborn are known and formed by God (Psalm 139:13–16; Jeremiah 1:5). Shedding innocent blood is condemned (Proverbs 6:16–17).
Death penalty: “Whoever sheds man’s blood, by man his blood shall be shed, for God made man in His image” (Genesis 9:6). Murder pollutes the land and is not to be ransomed (Numbers 35:31–33). The state still bears the sword to punish evil (Romans 13:4).
Protecting the innocent and executing the murderer are not opposites. They come from the same premise: life made in God’s image has weight. An unborn child has not forfeited it. A murderer has.
Someone rewrote the Minecraft ending poem as two government agencies talking to a "constituent" dreaming through life.
Dreams become recertifications. "Made from nothing but milk and love" gains a tail: "and, eventually, a voter registration."
It ends sincere anyway. "Wake up. The form is still there."
@robporter1970@TheTimeTraveler To create, you still have to work. The difference is whether you’re building something of your own or just feeding someone else’s bottom line.
This vote was political malpractice dressed up as principle. After a year of talks and more than a hundred changes, Senate Democrats still killed the CLARITY Act because they could not stand the idea of passing a market-structure bill while Donald Trump exists. That is not consumer protection. That is an obsession. If your test for crypto rules is “does this also punish Trump enough,” you are not legislating. You are nursing a grudge. The bill had ethics language, investment limits, and consumer-fraud tools. Democrats still voted no, then acted as if refusing a framework somehow shields ordinary people. It does the opposite. It leaves scammers in the gray zone, leaves U.S. firms guessing, and hands the next move to China and every other country willing to write rules instead of running another Trump therapy session.Calling that “serious” is a joke. You do not get to demand concessions for months, pocket them, invent a new demand the night before, and then claim Republicans “wouldn’t negotiate.” That is how you look unserious. If the Democratic Party’s crypto policy is just “whatever blocks Trump,” they are not protecting markets. They are proving they will burn a bill they spent a year shaping rather than let a Republican-backed framework become law. That is not leadership. That is spite with a press release.
Death stranding 1&2 are fantastic games, sales are down because overall PlayStation has been on the decline , I would say the whole industry is on decline due to terrible AAA games and massive budgets plus add to that massive prices hikes due to inflation , shortage of RAM , it has been terrible.
