Sad to hear of the recent passing of one of NIAS founding members from 1970, Derek Manning.
Derek made important contributions to the conservation of the @FakenhamMuseum Gas works and he wrote many articles for the society's journal. He was made an honorary life member in 1995.
We are open this weekend from 10am-1pm Saturday and Sunday at the council offices on Broad Street, pop down, say hello and help support your local museum!
