@eBayNewsroom I'm still wondering why this request was closed. Why hasn't this seller hasn't been banned. Why is negative feedback removed and how easy it is to ship to fake addresses and claim delivery.

@eBayNewsroom Why are you removing negative feedback and replacing it with positive? And why was this case closed when actually, the item was deliberately misdelivered and then marked as delivered as far as UPS is concerned. It's called fraud by the seller.
