@AmazonHelp I do have change password before, and update the email. but I still have an OTP to request change password and it’s come from someone out there and it successfully changed! always like that. how to close/delete account permanently? please check my DM’s

I did not request for change password. the otp is on my phone and I did not share with anyone, so why the password still possible to changed?

It’s so annoying to me that somebody use my phone number to create an Amazon account and still through the otp.
