I messaged in July about my account being deleted. You have said your team will look into it via email. It’s nearly October now and nothing.

Can you simply tell me what can be done to rectify this problem, other than email and wait for a response for months.

They dont even help. They don’t respond. They’ve been banning accounts for no reason and then not doing anything to rectify it.

@snapchatsupport I have sent numerous emails regarding this issue with no response other than an automated one. Its been 2 weeks since both mine and my wifes accounts were permanently locked for no reason. We were in Turkey on holiday, woke up one morning, and they had vanished!

@snapchatsupport Hi, me and my wife have been in turkey for the past 2 weeks. While there, one morning we woke up with her snapchat locked and mine too. Weve been on snap since 2015 with precious memories of family friends.

Weve done nothing wrong, broke no rules. Please help

@snapchatsupport Its been days and still no reply from anyone at snapchat through email. We broke no rules, and while on holiday had both out accounts permanently locked. For no reason at all.

All we keep getting is automated messages. Tried to reach snapchat on all platforms. No help at all !

Can you please sort this out now.
Permanently locked for no reason and only getting automated responses is unacceptable.
