@AmericanAir this is insane. We were supposed to leave Boston at 2:50pm. We’ve been strung along and it sounds like it’s still not certain we will get out. Things happen, but is this how you operate???
@AmericanAir Shanda with Phoenix Reservations went above and beyond and knocked it out of the park with her customer service tonight. So glad she was the one helping us when we called 🙏❤️
@AmericanAir on flight aa1285 diverted to Austin. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had flying with any carrier. 3 hours on the tarmac. Crew timed out. Operational issues all over the place that could have been avoided. I get that weather is an issue but do better
@AmericanAir- I exclusively fly with you. Disappointed to see these examples this week plus others I have heard about in addition to my own bad experience on Tuesday. Hope this isn’t a sign of things changing for the worst...
@CaryDeuber my husband is from Denmark and I lived with him there in CPH for a few years b4 we moved back to Dallas. Can’t wait to see your trip on RHOD!!!
If you can avoid connecting through @HeathrowAirport you should. Hundreds of non-EU people in line and only 3 customs agents to process them. Have been in line for nearly 2 hours with a ways to go. Ugh!
