Haven’t qued into a resto shaman in 3 weeks, class finally gets buffs… *does not apply to PvP combat. I wanna be in the meeting where someone calls out and says shaman don’t need those buffs and everyone agrees. Some 12 hundo dev sit in a earthgrab too long? wtf lol

@leekatv I think I may have figured this out. The increased amount (50%) is only applied to the chains (which are reduced by 30% per) and not the initial hit.

Lively chain is ~50% more than the casted chain.
