L’Arsenal prende Arteta, 0 panchine in carriera ma 3 anni da vice allenatore di Guardiola: gli dà fiducia, costruisce un progetto e vince lo scudetto dopo oltre 20 anni.

Il Bayern prende Kompany, esperienza di 2 anni all’Anderlecht e 2 anni al Burnley: vince tutto, gioca il miglior calcio d’Europa ed esce in semifinale di Champions.

Il Bayer Leverkusen prende Xabi Alonso, 3 anni come allenatore al Real Sociedad B: vince (quasi) tutto in un club dove non si era mai vinto.

Il Porto prende Farioli, reduce da un’annata conclusa in maniera shock con l’Ajax: vince dominando il campionato.

Il Tottenham in zona retrocessione prende De Zerbi: salva gli Spurs.

Potrei andare avanti all’infinito. Ma solo in Italia si sceglie ancora per curriculum, nonostante abbiate la prova sotto gli occhi di quanto non significhi niente.

In Champions, infatti, ci è andato Fabregas: non Allegri.
