@IceTrainerBen I think a fair amount of the reason Xerneas and Yveltal were not in SV is that tera with Xerneas would be genuinely one of the most unfathomably awful things to exist for competitive play.

@MaxKetchum_ @45mice The issue with CTS is that players with a bigger network of friends have an advantage as a tournament progresses. It becomes an issue when information is unequally revealed on either side. If anything, OTS has made better players more consistent & serious players tend to like it

the *actual* primary reason is that I don’t want to spend money, but if there was a dragapult clothing brand collab I would pay a lot for a shirt/jacket. Even if it’s not in my top 10 favs, but still something I *like*, I would be more likely to get it than Gengar collab item 246

tbh I’m starting to feel like official Pokémon brand collab merchandise only ever having Kanto starters+Pikachu+Gengar is becoming an issue, because some of it is very cool product, but the fact I can’t have more variety in pokémon is almost the primary reason I’m not wanting it.

@WeedleTwineedle I swear there’s going to be some format where hydrapple is good. Its stats are too good for it to suck, but this format just being Reg H 3.0+Megas feels too hostile for it.

May just be because I was in arts, but do people not have enjoyment in saying “this is my work that came from my brain?”

Also it’s proven that using AI for critical and creative thinking makes you worse at it when AI use is removed. People shouldn’t let themselves get stupider.

Let’s be honest. All these people upset about college students using AI are just jealous they didn’t have it when they were in college. They just want them to suffer like they did. It’s an old story: “Well if I suffered, they should too.” It’s also a morally repugnant position.

Even though I like the Pokémon in 1 better, getting Togekiss (my 2nd fav ever) and then using your mega to get a worse version of Togekiss that doesn’t have an item slot, and doesn’t either crit or flinch with half of its attacks is just not worth it.

annoyed with pokémon champions cause I just had 2 games in a row where I lost because it takes 10 full seconds to input a turn (instead of like 4 in every other game) and I timed out and it made me throw. It didn’t even pick the top moveslot on the mon LOL
