@MarkZinno I agree Mark. Falcons shouldn’t sign another player until they know they have a qb. Matter or fact, they should just cut everyone and run all practice squad players until they figure it out. That’s how winning franchises do it!!!!!!
@RedNinetyFour Wemby is literally the prototype for franchise player. Supremely physically talented, driven competitively and not a foul hunting bitch. I HATE that the Spurs have him, but that won’t stop me from respecting him. He’s gonna be an amazing player.
@lockedonfalcons@KeithSp69 The good news is, Penix doesn’t need to be as accurate as prime Tua. He does need to be more accurate than he is currently though, and I think with better mechanics he can be.
If he is, he might be the franchise qb.
If he isn’t, we’re probably drafting his replacement.
@RiseUpReader I voted Tua, but I really hope it’s Mike. This year should be focused on finding out whether mikes the man or not, but it feels like the new regime doesn’t have much faith that he can stay healthy.
@lockedonfalcons I try and not get to caught up in rather I like a certain guy or not but I like the general theme of the draft. Wanted trench players, but really couldn’t argue that the value just wasn’t there when we picked. Instead, we looked at our biggest weaknesses and addressed them.
