Shocked to learn that this man, reportedly Stephen Ng, seen here perpetrating the vicious 7/21 Yuen Long attacks in #HongKong has fled and taken refuge in Cambridge.

The U.K. should not be a haven for people like this. We will be raising this with the local authorities.
