Any apologetic or "nuancing" remark about the invasion and mass murder of civilians in Ukraine perpetrated by Putin and the Russian Army gets an instablock.
One of the most ethical and moral things you can do is profit. Doing so means you have found a way to meet somebody else's need while at the same time reducing waste (their previously best offer).
Vilken insats!
Western governments say they 'don't like division'.
Okay.
I double-dare them to remove all race and religion-based privilege from our legal system.
No more racial land claims. No weapons exemptions for religion. No more 'oh I didn't know murder was wrong because of my culture'. No more lower standards for university because of a box-tick. No more leaving children in abusive households because of 'cultural reasons'.
Nothing. Get rid of it all.
Return to the days where each citizen is governed by the same laws. Has the same responsibilities.
That would end division.
Scandinavia is not an obvious place to live for people from the Middle East or Northern Africa. It is dark, cold, expensive, and full of non-Muslims.
A main reason that so many keep living here is that we pay them large amounts of money to do so. As in, much more than the median salary in their home countries on net on average.
White people are finally starting to wake up worldwide. Many are beginning to realise we're under attack and that they want us to go extinct.
That fucking terrifies them.
It has never been officially acknowledged, but it is an open secret that the UK government sends its nudge unit to grieving families after tragedies like this. Their job is to warn the family they will be held responsible for any public reaction and to push statements about unity to shield the authorities.
In Henry Nowak's case, they clearly missed his godmother. She has spoken with raw honesty about the failures that cost her godson his life. Henry's sister Olivia has likewise shared and supported calls for real accountability instead of scripted silence.
A government that uses threats to manage and muzzle a family's grief has lost all moral authority.
âYou canât politicise Henry Nowakâs death.â
This from the people who have politicised adverts, TV shows, films, sporting events, award ceremonies, documentaries, healthcare, school textbooks, college courses, the weather, and language itself!
Poverty is the default condition of humanity. Capitalism is what reduced it more than any system in history.
Asking why capitalism hasn't eliminated all poverty is like asking why medicine hasn't eliminated all disease.
The real question is: compared to what?
Every society started poor. The wealthiest societies emerged where property rights, trade, and markets were strongest. The poorest societies emerged where they were weakest.
I am a medical doctor and I can say clearly: this is not good enough.
Henry Nowak was murdered and the police let him die.
When someone tells you they've been stabbed and are struggling to breathe, unless they pose an obvious risk to your own life, you make sure they are OK before you do anything else.
You don't pause to think about whether they might be racist, or whether they could be making it up.
There must be justice for Henry.
âDonât politicise thisâ means âonly MY side gets to be vindicated by eventsâ
And the people complaining about the âpoliticisationâ of Henry Nowakâs murder not only politicised the death of George Floyd, they also politicised a fictional murder in a Netflix show.
Itâs taken years, but Iâve finally discovered the true definition of âracismâ.
Racism:
Whenever white people express any degree of the same in-group preference that every other race justifies and celebrates.
Imagine spending your whole life becoming an academic expert. Then a random guy online tells you that you are wrong about your own field. And he's right. But you can never admit that. Because it would mean admitting that your life was a lie. That is the dilemma of many academics.
A sheep saw the snake approaching.
âIâll run away and tell the others about you,â said the sheep.
âStop causing division,â said the snake. âDonât be so snakephobic.â
Three days later, the flock of sheep was dead. But at least they werenât snakist.
The UK won two world wars and Japan lost one horrifically. Yet itâs Japan that is still a culturally homogeneous, high-trust, low-crime country.
Mass immigration does more damage to your nation than being hit with a nuclear bomb.
I believe Japan should put an end to the situation in which its people are forced to accept religious practices that are incompatible with our own culture and way of life.
Specifically, the following behaviors:
ă»Group prayers in parks where children are playing
ă»Large numbers of people praying on sidewalks and in public spaces, swarming on the ground like cockroaches
ă»Complaining about the lack of halal food in Japan and demanding that it be provided
ă»Building mosques without proper permission and gathering there
These are not things we Japanese people have chosen for ourselves. They should not be forced upon us.
This is merely my personal opinion. I would be glad if others who share the same concerns would think about this issue together.
One of the most devastating indictments of socialism sits buried in Soviet agricultural statistics: private plots representing just 3% of farmland consistently produced 25-30% of the USSR's total food output. Private ownership generated output that collective ownership could not match, even at vastly smaller scale.
Picture this absurdity. A collective farm worker tends 1,000 acres of state wheat with the enthusiasm of someone filling out tax forms. The same worker then rushes home to lavish attention on his quarter-acre private vegetable patch, working until sunset to coax maximum yield from every square foot. The difference in productivity per acre often reached 10:1 ratios. Sometimes higher.
On collective farms, additional effort generated zero additional reward for the individual worker. Your extra sweat benefited the collective (meaning nobody in particular) while you bore the full cost of that effort. Workers rationally allocated their energy toward their private plots where they captured 100% of marginal returns.
Soviet planners grasped the embarrassing implications and repeatedly restricted private plot sizes and banned certain crops, fearing that obvious productivity comparisons would undermine ideological credibility. The restrictions backfired spectacularly. Every limitation on private plots worsened food shortages and strengthened black market prices.
You can dress up collective ownership in whatever intellectual framework you prefer. You can invoke solidarity, social justice, or the greater good. But you cannot escape the fundamental reality that human beings respond to incentives, and collective ownership systematically destroys the connection between individual effort and individual reward.
