The Telegram app itself continued to work normally, but every https://t.co/EFCCsNuRSX link was affected.

According to DomainME, which manages the .me domain, the issue occurred because the domain was temporarily placed on hold due to OFAC compliance.

OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) is a division of the U.S. Department of the Treasury that enforces U.S. economic and trade sanctions.

Once resolved, the https://t.co/EFCCsNuRSX domain was restored and links started working again.
The outage has now been fixed, and https://t.co/EFCCsNuRSX links are working normally.

Valve has quietly made it much harder for indie games to appear in Steam’s “Popular Upcoming” chart.

According to indie marketing expert Chris Zukowski, games used to need around 7,000 wishlists to make the list.

Now they need about 100,000 to 120,000 wishlists, making it around 15 times harder for indie games to get that visibility.

There’s also some good news for indie developers.
Zukowski says Steam’s Personal Calendar is helping smaller games reach the right audience.
The feature recommends upcoming and recently released games based on what each player likes, plays, and has wishlisted, instead of showing the same games to everyone.
