Finally, someone is holding the International Olympic Committee accountable.
The IOC has spent years pretending that "neutral" status somehow separates russian athletes from the regime waging the largest war in Europe since World War II. Now, after restoring the russian Olympic Committee, it is facing consequences.
Estonia is calling on the European Commission to suspend EU funding to the IOC, arguing that sport must never become a backdoor for normalizing aggression. That's exactly right. Organizations that choose appeasement over principle should not expect European taxpayers to finance their hypocrisy.
@suttogopro@MaricaLilla@ZamboriGusztav Nem úgy néz ki a helyzet. De szerinted a 8 ev max miniszterelnökség, 12 ev max képviselői munka, az alkotmánybíróság jogkörének visszaadása ezek mind szar demokráciaellenes törvények szerinted, igaz? Okoska!
@MaryPatGallaghe@COVID19_disease Many antiviral candidates show excellent results in cell cultures but fail during later stages because researchers still have to answer and that takes often years
@errorukraine404@ostopezdo@visegrad24 And as a poorest country in Europe it is still 100 times more civilised than fckng rusnya, where 20% of the population has outside or no toilets 😂😂😂
Ukraine Is Becoming China's Military Laboratory
For years, many insisted that China was a "neutral" actor in russia's war against Ukraine. But the joint investigation by The Insider, Der Spiegel, and Le Monde showed that it is not the case.
According to the leaked documents, China reportedly proposed providing artificial intelligence technologies and the industrial capacity to mass-produce autonomous drone swarms. In return, russia would supply real combat data from the battlefield in Ukraine.
The documents also describe plans to undermine Starlink through a combination of cyberattacks, electronic warfare, diplomatic pressure, and even the development of low-cost weapons capable of targeting satellites in orbit.
The reported cooperation doesn't stop there. The investigation also describes discussions on advanced air and missile defense technologies and an expanding military partnership that goes well beyond the trade in so-called "dual-use" goods.
These findings paint a disturbing picture. Ukraine is not only fighting russia - it is unwillingly serving as the proving ground where China can study modern warfare, test emerging technologies, and refine weapons that could be used in future conflicts against the US and Europe.
This is no longer just a Ukrainian war.
@_mind_your_biz@igorsushko That was not a drone. As the driver opened the trunk, probably caused by having fuel cans in there filling it with gas vapor, a spark caused the fumes to light up.

India, through diplomatic channels, has appealed to Ukraine with a request not to strike a tanker carrying 50,000 tons of gasoline for Russia, since this gasoline is humanitarian cargo related to an approaching famine in Russia.
