@hasbean I always need to ‘find my groove’ with a new coffee (brew method, ratio, temp), so it always seems like it gets better after ~3 days, but that could just be my fumbling incompetence. I’m much happier to blame it on something else, though. So yes...I rest it on purpose. 👀
