So I set up a kofi two days ago!

And Kofi immediately banned me.

I have absolutely nothing on there but two images I own, and their response was that my page violated guidelines and terms of service, and I should fuck off.

My page was live for 2 hours before being banned.. WTF

@MeditatingMunky @DnDBeyond They can't even sue for that. They can only sue for breach of contract, which in the US, starts at $1k, and ends at $15k.

WotC can continue to sell the infringing material, because you cannot issue an injunction of any kind.

The legal jargon also lets them ignore this, entirely

The only reason I run DnD 5e instead of pathfinder is because 3rd party stuff makes it easier to run a campaign.

If I can't play 5th edition or use those 3rd party things, I'll happily stop spending and switch to Pathfinder.

@shuivt Sorry to hear about your loss, it's never easy. I lost my little Raziel a little under two years ago, after 15 years together, and I'd of done almost anything to give him another three happy days.

There's been a LOT of people I've seen streaming or posting videos on twitter that have low audio.

Personally, I obsess over sound quality.

Remember to always re-watch your VoDs or check your audio levels when you're streaming or posting videos.

A lot of people set their audio levels way, way too low.
