Bus stops are not taxi stands.
A stone’s throw from Khan Market, opposite ministerial bungalows in Central Delhi, taxis use a public bus stop as regular parking while Delhi Traffic Police watches this every day.
This is not inconvenience. It is civic failure.
@WestsideStores I raised a complaint on July 28 and requested for a pick up of a kurta after they cancelled the order for the lowers ( coord set). Still no collection or response. Terrible customer care!
Horrible customer care @WestsideStores. I bought a coord set. They delivered the top and later delayed and randomly cancelled the bottom. No I can’t return the top as they say it’s too late for return!
There is no customer care number despite writing out a long complaint!
@urbanclap she was quick to ask me to cancel my booking. Upon cancelling and then calling customer care to complain- they were most unhelpful unable to provide an alternative and called me 3 times before closing the case! This is customer care for @urbanclap WOW!
@urbanclap bizzare experience today! Booked a hair and make up artist. Happily paid extra for an advance blow dry package. The stylist said she would only blow dry my hair if it was dry. So I should wash and dry my hair. Exactly what’s a point of a blow dry service then?
@zomatocare I have already sent an email with these details and now another DM. Are these bot led responses? Truly shocked to hear about this would reflect with appropriate actions.
Very surprised my @zomato’s inaction and lack of response! I sent an elaborate complaint to @Sidewok after receiving their soup with a large plastic particle an obvious choking hazard. Neither have responded @zomato or @Sidewok! Abysmal safety standards!
@zomato strange that given it’s such a customer driven platform has absolutely apathy towards a serious complaint by a customer. Perhaps choking isn’t newsworthy enough? @Sidewok of course seems unaffected to say the least! Shocking!

Terrible experience with @DaikinIndia trying to request them install a an AC has taken over a week! This given the scorching 49 degree heat in Delhi! Very poor customer service and horrible experience @DaikinIndia

@OGAANINDIA what’s going on? The response to customer emails/ not answering calls despite repeated attempts. It’s becoming impossible! Is this customer service?
@AJIOLife has been super disappointing + unprofessional despite my following up over repeated calls with customer care no sign of my order. Worse still their delivery agents falsely accusing of not being able to deliver! Very shoddy service and pathetic customer care!
