Wealthy citizens drop 2x the gp AND exp + easy clues.. While houses drop at best diamond necklaces? Maybe boost the valuable drop with rogues similar to pickpocketing?

Not entirely sure what happened here, it eventually fixed, I went up and came back in and my buddy just stayed in the dungeon. Got his task done successfully. Is this a bug or is this intended? Would appreciate someone taking a look.
