@Breezy09800 The fluidity and pressing look cleaner, but the timeline forgets 20 years of carrying real quick 😭

In 1982, Kuwait’s Sheikh Fahad walked onto the pitch at the World Cup and forced the referee to disallow a France goal.

He threatened a walkout over a whistle from the crowd. The referee caved and cancelled it.

FIFA banned the ref for life.

@SanMarinoTeam He really gave you 60 seconds to pull off the greatest comeback in history 😂

Huddersfield Town is the only team in English league history to score 6 goals in a match and lose.

They led Charlton 5-1 with 28 minutes left against 10 men. Charlton won 7-6.

Johnny Summers scored 5 goals and assisted the winner.

@TouchlineX He’s not the best finisher in the world, but technically he strikes a ball cleaner than half the forwards in Europe.

In 1997, Ian Wright celebrated breaking Arsenal’s all-time goal record with a shirt reading "179 - Just Done It."

He miscounted. The goal only tied it at 178.

He scored again 5 minutes later to save himself.

Is this football’s closest celebration disaster?

Steaua keeper Helmuth Duckadam saved all 4 penalties against Barcelona in the 1986 European Cup final.

He went right three times and left once. Steaua won the shootout 2-0.

Has any goalkeeper had a better single shootout?

Nottingham Forest has 2 European Cups and only 1 domestic league title.

They are the ONLY club in football history to be crowned champions of Europe more times than champions of their own country.

Will this bizarre trophy record ever be matched?

At 41 and hunting 1,000 career goals, Ronaldo's historic international chapter risks ending in a storm rather than a celebration.

Who is in the right here: Jorge Jesus for enforcing team rules, or Cristiano Ronaldo for demanding respect?

The biggest crisis in Portuguese football just exploded.

Cristiano Ronaldo has walked out of Portugal’s national team camp after a bitter fallout with head coach Jorge Jesus.

Here is the entire situation broken down 🧵👇

This is an unstoppable force meeting an immovable object:

• Jorge Jesus: An uncompromising disciplinarian who insists no single name is bigger than the team.

• Cristiano Ronaldo: The record holder with 234 caps and 146 goals, who views a 30-minute unused warm-up as public humiliation.

In 1973, Chile played a World Cup qualifier against NOBODY.

The USSR boycotted, but FIFA made Chile play anyway.

In front of 15,000 fans, 11 Chileans passed down an empty pitch and tapped it into the net.

Is this the most surreal goal in football history?

In 1989, Chile keeper Roberto Rojas cut his OWN head with a hidden razor blade vs Brazil.

When a flare landed near him, he faked being hit to get Brazil disqualified.

A photo proved it missed him by a yard.
FIFA banned him for life.

Is this the most unhinged cheat in football history?

@paule240 @TouchlineX @SPORTBILD If calculated from Michael Olise's original arrival at Bayern Munich in the summer of 2024 through 2032, the total span is 2032 - 2024 = 8 years.

However, measuring the contract length directly from the date of this report in 2026 to 2032, it is a 6-year deal.

@PolymarketSport Give it to Mac Allister. He already rocks the #10 for Liverpool, won the World Cup in midfield, and has the mental fortitude not to crumble under the weight of it.
