@elkbowy Every xenoblade until now was a chronicles, this one isnt. If they wanted this one to have direct correlation to the lore of chronicles, they would have called it Xenoblade Chronicles 4

@LJJ3k No one is doubting a loose connection to the overall series. There are people who are legitimately seeing Genesis as "Chronicles 4" which it isnt.

@ItsBluusiin I guess more accurately, it depends on what about it appeals to you specifically. Kingdom Hearts now is a significant departure from what it started as in all but the core gameplay mechanics.
