Where do you draw the line? If your wife or gf was going to die giving birth, would you be okay with her not being able to have an abortion?

@theladykatie Is it okay to end an ectopic pregnancy? How about IVF? You'll need to be consistent if all abortion is killing. Ban IVF, force the re-implantation (impossible) of an ectopic pregnancy, even if mom's life is at stake, birth must go ahead as planned, otherwise it's murder, no?
