Keith Waples, one of the greatest horsemen in the history of harness racing, has died at the age of 97. Waples was born in Victoria Harbour in 1923. Keith Waples is a member of Canada's Sports Hall of Fame; Canadian Horse Racing HoF; US Harness Racing HoF; Midland Sports HoF.
