I bet she is a nightmare when it comes to appeals...
The outcome is what it is. The law is what it is. The day you start taking on the emotions of your case is the day the stomach ulcers start to win.
The irony of course - no involvement in the case whatsoever.
Can anyone out there help? Was previously with Utility Point before they went into administration and our account was in credit by Β£700. Nearly 12 months later still no credit. EDF say it's not their problem. Whose problem is it? @ofgem@edfenergy@EDFofficiel@MartinSLewis
@johnbolch 99% of the time I would agree with this. However, I had a Judgment on a relocation case last week and there was definitely a winner and a loser in that situation.
@Duane_Cormell Becoming a parent is like Dante passing through the gates of hell which bore the inscription "Lasciate ogne speranza, voi ch'intrate"

"Abandon all hope, ye who enter here."
@Duane_Cormell Our 12 week old only sleeps heavily whilst being held. He'll go 2 hours on us, but only 30 mins in his cot. It's just an age thing. Our 2 year old was similar and we only did sleep training when she got to around a year old (took 4 nights). No easy cure but time sorry!
@marilynstowe Because he was accused of a crime. Nazi war criminals are still being pursued well into their 90s regardless of health concerns. Bad health shouldn't get you out of facing justice.
@WhiteZoey After a hearing I once had a Judge call me back, once my client had left the room, to ask my opinion on the knitting she was doing behind the bench!
