Friday, Feb. 2: 4pm
Saturday, Feb. 3: 11am (Art Market opens at 9am)
Sunday, Feb. 4: 11:30am

The festival site is located at Mardi Gras Plaza, 3300 block of Veterans Blvd, across from Lakeside Shopping Center.
