Sometimes it's nice to have some simple food. No real idea what to do with Spring greens so they ended up being sautéed with leeks, garlic and chilli and it was very nice, also had a high wife approval factor. Ignore the oven chips 🙄

Finished icing Black Forest Brownies. May have gone a little overboard with the whipped cream frosting! Next time I'll just double the brownies mixture and 2 jars of @waitrose Morello Cherry preserve 1 for me and 1 for the brownies ;)
