@FitbitSupport Thank you for getting back to me 😊 I have a charge 2 ( not sure if that's helpful ) went onto the treadmill exercise section on my Fitbit all seemed to be ok during the workout stopped it like normal, opened the app my steps and minutes had been added but not my exercise 😥
