The victim of the attempted beheading in Belfast has been named as Stephen Ogilvie.
It has been reported that Stephen is a vulnerable adult who has only partial hearing and that he may have been placed into an induced coma due to the severity of his injuries.

He refused to come up from the cells to the court because he was black and blue and he didn't want his wife and family to see him like it.
They gave him no medical help whilst being in the cells he was kicked in the head 4 times and battered with their shields, there is clear video evidence of this.
