Can’t believe it’s already been three years. There’s still a part of me that every time I’m at tv, I expect to hear that eruption of a laugh echoing from down the halls. People ask me all the time why I’m a Bray Wyatt fan, the answer is…

I love wrestling, always have
But what Bray did was extremely unique.
To those that got it, he made his entire career MUST WATCH. In 2019 when he started the Firefly Funhouse the titles of the original episodes were lines from his old promos, there was Easter eggs in his new work that called back to his old work in nearly every segment meaning when Raw finished, the hunt began and to understand references or try to guess what Bray was planning, you had to go and watch basically every promo, every match, every rivalry, every high and every low.
On purpose or by happy accident it felt like Bray had built his entire career to lead to The Fiend & Funhouse.

An entire community was created that theorised and shared ideas (and gosh did I make some of the BEST friends in that community! 💛)
Late night Skype / Discord calls were so common where hundreds of amazing people just had fun theorising waiting for the next clues to drop & Bray knew on weeks there wasn’t much to deep dive, he’d post something cryptic that fuelled the fun.

I truly believe WWE never really understood what made Bray special but it was clear as day to us Fireflies..
In a world so driven by hate, crazy politics, war, disease and people constantly trying to divide… wrestling has always offered an escape, Bray offered that escape to be prolonged, bought people together and made it so much fun!

That’s why I am and always will be a Bray Wyatt fan & this friendship will never ever end ⭕️
