@haru2401game Thank you for the feedback! If both enemies request the same tile, one moves with priority based on spawn order, and other is forced to wait a set time. The current pause is whatever it would take the enemy to move to the next tile, but i can make it longer to see if its better!
Testing some pathfinding on my maps for the enemies. Made it so they stop to wait for a bit if 2 enemies want to move to the same tile at the same time. Feels more predictable to do it this way than make them find a new path. but what do you think?

@WeVennStudios If two want the same tile at the same tick, the one who was spawned first will have priority. This is a test to see how 2 that want the same tile interact, enemies are already spawned in. In the actual game the enemies spawn periodically near a spawn point, so its even clearer!
Also finished patching bugs so i can add a speed modifier to the game, these kinda games need the speed scale setting if you dont want to watch animations for that long ngl.
Turns out that using a no AI hashtag attracts bots, pro-AI discourse, spam and not at all the cozy attitude we try to have in our socials. So, we locked the replies.

I enjoy coding, I enjoy game design, I enjoy modeling, I enjoy putting it all together and see it come to life. I might be slow, and I might not be the best dev in existence, but I enjoy it. And I want to learn and improve.
If I fall behind, so be it. This is not a race.
Don't let billionaires convince you slop is the future. They're used to managing & directing, not making things themselves. Of course they can't see the difference. They don't understand your love for the craft. Keep making personal, beautiful games.
You've got my support 💖
Enemy Type: Overhat 🎩🕷️
This suave monster is a stronger version of the hat type enemy.
Overhat can leap across the screen in a second. It has two melee attacks:
1. Slice - A forward slashing attack with a short range.
2. Leap - A Jumping attack that covers some distance

So truee, Im sorry to both Hollow Knight games, but i never feel like replaying a metroidvania, much less speedrunning it with a chance to lose all those hours.
@BastiArtGames Looks very satisfying! Even if its just a dash, making the process faster is a huge up for me, makes some of the grind feel a lot more fun.
Im pretty satisfied with this one, my main gripe with it is that it looks way worse on lower fps which im forced to use to post, there will always be a frame in the middle where i have to swap z-indexes and sadly you can see that.
