Product Release: V-Lend Protocol V1

Slowly, Slowly...All at Once 💪

As we promised FAST product releases after going live with a SOFT LAUNCH after waiting for so long, here we are. V-Lend Protocol is now LIVE! 🥳

We are in the very early stages and all these products and features will be released every few days/ weeks as we work through UI changes and improvements, bug fixes, gather feedback and suggestions from the community and BUILD everything in the VTOPIA ecosystem with the community and for the community. All this while, throughout the first 2 months you also EARN BONUS vPoints for your $VTOPIA airdrop.

V-Lend V1 Features:

V1 is the popular P2P lending/borrowing. We will keep enhancing and improving this product at a rapid pace as we work through developing V2 which will help you buy NFTs on margin as you see on BLUR. Both versions of V-Lend protocol will also be integrated into RWA and others products we are building to help you seamlessly finance your needs.

Earn vPoints -> $VTOPIA for actuve Loans and Borrows.

P2P - Peer to peer. The loan is entirely a contract or an agreement between the lender and the borrower.

Non-Custodial - NFT will remain in your wallet but will be frozen in place as per the latest Metaplex Freeze capabilities.

Simple Lending - Pre-populated APY & Duration for frictionless, fast loans and borrows.

Advance Lending - Customizable Loans where you set your own Duration and APY and customize your loans.

Expirable - Let's you set an expiration for your loan offer's validity meaning, if for example, you set "Expirable" to 10 days, the loan offer will be valid for 10 days and someone has to take that offer within the 10 day period. This can protect you from lending against NFTs that has significant price drops over a longer period of time in case you forget that you have an open loan offer out there.

LTV - Loan to Value ratio. Setting safe LTV is super important as NFTs can have massive price fluctuations and we highly recommend leaving room for at least 30% dip in floor price to avoid going under water on your loans. So, please pay attention to LTV.

Enabled Collections: Not all collections will be enabled for V-Lend protocol as all other such protocol out there to protect you from ill intentioned floor price manipulation as we have seen before with some exisiting protocols. We will also publish a list of enabled collections shorly, but major collections are good to go.
