@AirIndiaX Our PNR's /Booking Reference are LPTF72 & JWUJQH. First they suggested we change one seat to Premium Economy. We refused as that was ridiculous. Then they suggested they would get us seats on Ethihad. Finally they found a seat on AI 119 that was functional. Fingers crossed.

@RamMNK @AirIndiaX Ridiculous offer to downgrade us to Economy by AirIndia Counter Supervisor Paritosh at Mumbai as me and my son check in for our Air India Business Class Flight to NY. They say there are problems with seats. This is the second time in a row now.
