Almost five months since the meter was removed, and I am still without electricity. Despite my numerous visits to your office and repeated calls to customer service, I continue to receive the same response—that the issue is being worked on. @IkejaElectric

@IkejaElectric @IkejaUpdate eventually inspected the meter. During their assessment, they discovered that the meter was faulty and, at some point, was even displaying negative readings. I was informed that the meter needed to be removed for repairs.

@IkejaElectric The problem began shortly after a new meter was installed at my residence. Unfortunately, the installer did a poor job, and from the very beginning, the meter failed to dispense electricity. I endured this situation for over three months before your technical team
