أعتقد رؤية #عمان_٢٠٤٠ تحمل في طيّاتها الكثير من الأمل والتفاؤل، لكن يظلّ نجاح كل تلك الأهداف مرهونٌ بتحقّق فصل السُلُطات واستقلالها التام وتفعيل الدور الرقابي، غياب تلك الأهداف في رؤية #عمان_٢٠٢٠ بلا شك كان السبب في فشلها وضياعها

ذكرى لعناوين تضمها مكتبتي، "الأعمال الشعرية الكاملة"، لمظفر النواب، اشتريته من مكتبة الساقي، بلندن، في فبراير ٢٠٠١م. طبع في دار قنبر بلندن، في مرحلة زمنية، كانت فيه إصدارات النواب وقصائده تقبع في قائمة غير المسموح بدخولها إلى معظم البلدان العربية .

نحن لا نحتاج كموظفين إلى عروض ومزايا تقدمها شركات جل النفع في الأصل لها كدعاية لا لنا

نحتاج إلى بيان حال الترقيات التي اصبحت وفق القدرة المالية للدولة لا وفق ما كانت، او وفق مسار وظيفي يمايز بين الأكفأ والكفء وهكذا

نحتاج شفافية عادلة في مؤسسات العمل وليس منظومة ك #إجادة قائمة على تقدير المسؤول او مزاجه او حتى محاولته بأن يسن نظام الدور فيها

نحناج رفع للرواتب لنشعر أن التحسن المالي للدولة ينعكس على مستوى معيشة المواطن الموظف

نحتاج إجراءات صارمة للحد من الفساد الإداري في ترقية الموظفين للوظائف الإشرافية والإدارية بحيث يرقى الأجدر وليس من يريد فلان والمسؤول

نحتاج عدالة في نظام التقاعد ومستوى ما يحصل عليه الموظف بعد قضاءه سنوات طوال في العمل

The Iranian navy, which has been destroyed eight times, has apparently closed the Strait of Hormuz again, because the United States, for the seventh time, won the war that wasn’t a war, so now the United States has to open the Strait of Hormuz that was already open before the not-war began.

The not-war began because Iran had uranium that was totally, completely, beautifully obliterated, so they can’t build the nuclear bomb they weren’t building, which is why the United States had to start the not-war it definitely didn’t start.

Now the United States, which has nuclear weapons, is threatening to use nuclear weapons to stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons, because nuclear weapons are far too dangerous for countries with nuclear weapons to allow other countries to have.

If the United States saw the United States doing what the United States does in other countries, the United States would invade the United States to liberate the United States from the tyranny of the United States.

من المؤسف سيطرة مكاتب التحقيق والتأليف على عمل بعض المشايخ، وإخراج تلك المكاتب أعمالًا عديدة بأسماء طلاب علم ومشايخ بعضهم تاجر مشهور مهتم بتجارته، ثم تذكّر أهمية صدور كتب باسمه فكلّف أحد تلك المكاتب بالتأليف له. وقد انتشرت كتابة تلك المكاتب التجارية لرسائل علمية؛ مما سبب خروج رسائل علمية دكتوراه وماجستير بأسماء أشخاص لم يروها، فضلا عن أن يكونوا كتبوها. لي صديق حدثني أنه سجّل رسالة في الدراسات العليا في وطن عربي فألح المشرف عليه أن يدفع مالًا ولا يكتب رسالة، لكونه من دولة غنية، وكان المشرف يتفق بالباطن مع مكتب تأليف رسائل دراسات عليا، مما جعله يترك الدراسة في تلك الجامعة الشهيرة. هذه التصرفات جعلت عمل التحقيق والتأليف تافهًا، وبعض من حملة الشهادات العليا جهلة. وخروجًا من خداع الشهادات عمد النظام الأمريكي ألا يعتمد ولا يقبل مجرد الشهادة، فمن تقدم لمنصب جامعي فإنهم يختبرون المقدم بأن يقدم محاضرة عامة أو أكثر ويشارك بسيمنار أو أكثر في تخصصه قبل أي قبول له، وربما يدرّس فصلا دراسيًّا أو أكثر قبل قبوله، وهذه طريقة جيدة في معرفة مستوى المتقدم بصرف النظر عن شهادته. وأحيانًا يرفضون متقدمين بشهادات عليا وقد يقبلون بحملة شهادات دنيا إذا تميزوا. وللأسف كان بعض الدكاترة ممن عرفنا أقرب إلى الأمية، وفعلًا شهاداتهم صحيحة وصادرة من جهات معروفة، ولكنهم لم يواصلوا التعلم واكتفوا بالشهادة، بينما النظام الجامعي يلزم الأستاذ بكتابة بحوث على قاعدة: انشر أو اندثر (Publish or Perish)، فاحتالت جامعات عربية وفي تخصصات علمية على هذا النظام وأصبحت تشتري باحثين وبحوثًا تصدر باسم مراكزها لتنال ترتيبًا دوليًّا متقدمًا، ولكنها في تعليمها وتدريسها محافظة على تخلفها وجهلها. وهذه خطوة مؤسفة وتخلفية مرعبة تتجه بالمعرفة عندنا نحو الوراء، وكأن الجهل والهوان في البحوث الإنسانية والشرعية والعلمية قد حاق بالجميع!

In a new shameful and intentionally false New York Post op-ed, erroneous claims surrounding Oman are spewed for the purpose of damaging US/Oman relations for the benefit of Israel.

One of the core claims being pushed by the Israeli lobby in recent days is that the Sultanate of Oman signed a Royal Decree that increases trade relations between Oman and Iran.

Here’s the problem… it’s ENTIRELY false. Anyone with a modicum of effort would find that Omani Royal Decree’s are published online, and no Royal Decree exists that corroborates these false claims meant to push a narrative.

The entire misinformation campaign is predicated on Royal Decree No. 63/2025. This Royal Decree was authorized on May 27th… 2025.

NOT 2026.

Those that have been pushing this erroneous claim are well aware that this is the case. They know that no Royal Decree was authorized in recent days. They know that Oman has repeatedly stated that they do not intend to impose fees on their side of the Strait of Hormuz. They know that Oman has LONG been an ally to the United States, and a critical mediator in the Middle East.

This is nothing but a misinformation campaign meant to degrade peace talks for the benefit of Israel.
