Look at the 2021 lottery picks/teams in 2021 (don't count picks through trade) vs their offensive rating for this last season.

@ChrisFedor From my perspective it's because they don't play good basketball, from basic fundamentals to being with the times in style of play. A large cause of this is with roster construction - going all in on the 1 year college players draft wise multiple years and starting them.

@RMM009 @ChrisFedor this year in meaningless games by giong for layups only added to this negative scoring efficiency. He is a poor three point shooter and as far as I can see only can get layups for scoring or other transition types of buckets.

@RMM009 @ChrisFedor But he left out the other matchups - guys like Mason Jones (undrafted) burnt him for 40 points in a matchup that year.

I also don't see anything resembling average defense from Okoro this year. He is awful offensively and his attempt at stat padding late...
