@ericriveracooks Make it from scratch, cooks in 35 minutes, use an emporte pièce to the hold ganache (filling) as I pour in pan, I add whipped egg white to chocolate ganache to keep it n place til cut. It takes 5 minutes to do. Pour mix in pan while holding the emporte piece, then pour in ganache
