@TicketmasterCS This is unprofessional, the lack of communication between yourselves & the customer is appalling. I’ll be sure to let my people know that wireless is not worth getting through this awful customer service. I’m highly disappointed.
@TicketmasterCS Why did I pay for my Wireless tickets last night with the Barclays Offer & then not even receive a notification or email that they had been cancelled? If I hadn’t logged on onto my online banking I wouldn’t have known this.
