@daverichard in a superflex 12 team PPR league where you can keep a rookie (not multiple)for one year at the same round value, and then 3 round penalty each additional year you keep them, which rookies would you be targeting this year? Any quarterbacks specifically?

@heathcummingssr @heathcummingssr Gio has never been Targeted more than 71 times in a season (rookie year) in his career; and has been targeted more than 60 times just twice. With neither of those years coming in the last 5 years. So saying 80+ or fewer as the lowest # seems a little out there.
