@_LFCLOYAL_ I think Rio, Gakpo, Wirtz can all play LW. For RW, its probably just Frimpong. So, RW, midfield, and CB are priority fills, imo

@louisOkn @Zwirtzr Every manager or at least nearly all managers must have made a switch from a small club to a big club at some point in his life. No new manager just starts their career and gets a mamagerial role at Real Madrid or Barcelona or Liverpool etc.

I personally think its about sentiments. And stronger the sentiments, stronger the emotions. Trent def had a bigger impact: creativity, similar age as Konate but both are young, scouser, and everyone hoped for him to be future captain. At least I thought he belived and wanted the same until he did not. Which hurt the most. On the other hand, Konate is just another player who played for Liverpool. I dont rate him as low as some other fans. I think he was decent, brought along the energy and the vibe, a bit error prone but the most important thing is that last season when we needed him the most, he was available. He did not have a good season but then who did apart from a couple players, may be.

That being said, I think whoever is handling contract extension related negotiations should be sacked. How the hell is that person failing to convince pretty much every time. So many players allowed to run through contracts till last year. Important ones too. Its blowing my mind 😃

@Lfcbami3 But the reality is that these two are not fit. Ekitike will mostly be out till January. So, that means Isak starts the season for us. And knowing his fitness levels, very soon Gakpo will be playing up top 🫤

@AnythingArs_ Finally, something sane and fully understandable on this platform. A great season for Arsenal. Even as a Liverpool fan, I admire what Arteta has achieved. What a solid defense. I was anticipating Gyok to start the match but 100% Arteta knows better. Congratulations 🙂
