@GaBulldawg2 @FantasyPros @FantasyProsNFL Hey Thomas! You'll want to launch the Manual Draft Assistant for your league on draft day. You don't want to use the Draft Assistant w/Sync since there will be nothing to sync to (as the draft is offline). Please reach out if you need more help: https://t.co/oooGZtpJtI ^Dan

@ATJ_23 Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to help you if you submit a support ticket using the link below. Be sure to specify which league is giving you trouble if you have more than one synced. Thanks! ^Dan

@widj22 @FantasyPros Yes, this is exclusive to Google Play. Subscription tier upgrades handled via iOS or our website do not work this way. I recommend making subscription purchases via our website in the future to avoid these issues. ^Dan

@PRI1IME (2/2)
A “fresh” app install may be required to resolve the issue. This would include uninstalling the app, powering your phone off and back on, and then installing the app again. If you need any further assistance, please let us know: https://t.co/oooGZtpJtI

@PRI1IME (1/2)
Please make sure your app is up-to-date (version 2.9.18). If not, please update it first and then go to Settings > Refresh App Data. This should resolve the issue.
